This bright smoothie bursts with flavour. It is the perfect breakfast to pick you up from the winter blahs.
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup frozen raspberry or strawberry
- 1 cup milk or milk drink
- 2 tablespoons to 4 tablespoons walnuts or almonds (optional)

- Blend together until smooth.
