Snack: Homemade Cheesy Nacho Chips

Ingredients
A healthier snack to satisfy a craving for something salty and crunchy.
- 2 medium flour tortillas, preferably whole wheat
- 1 teaspoon non-hydrogenated margarine
- 2-3 teaspoons parmesan cheese
Directions for Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Spread each tortilla with ½ teaspoon margarine.
- Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese.
- Cut each flour tortilla into 8 wedges.
- Place on the cookie sheet with the cheese side up.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
Serve with salsa to dip into or enjoy on their own.
