Main Course: Perogy Casserole

Ingredients
- large onion, chopped
- 1 pound (454 grams) lean ground beef
- 1 bag frozen perogies
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, any kind
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions for Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325 °F. Oil a 9” x 13” inch baking dish.
- In a frying pan, cook the onion and the beef stirring often until the beef is no longer pink.
- Cover the bottom of pan with frozen perogies. Top with the frozen vegetables and then the cooked beef.
- In a bowl, stir together the mushroom soup and milk till smooth.
- Pour the mushroom soup mixture over the casserole. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 60 minutes.
