Dessert: Marshmallow Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 2 packages dream whip
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 to 4 cups of mini marshmallows*, preferably multi-coloured
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 ½ cups pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup canned peaches, drained & roughly chopped
Directions for Preparation
- Using a hand blender, whip the first three ingredients until the cream holds together.
- Whip in the cream cheese and coconut together until smooth.
- Gently stir in the fruit then the marshmallows.
- Set in the fridge for an hour before serving.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
*for a lower sugar desert, use 2 cups mini marshmallows.
