Ingredients

- 3 cups large flake oats
- ¾ cup brown sugar or sugar replacer like Splenda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup raisins (optional)
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)
- ½ cup hemp hearts, flax seed, chia seeds (optional)
Directions for Preparation
- In a large plastic zipper bag, add all the ingredients.
- Seal.
- Place the sealed bag in a plastic container to protect against moisture and critters.
- When ready to eat, fill half a mug or bowl with oats and half with boiling water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
