Ingredients
This dish blends the taste of a taco into a filling salad to eat on its own or as side dish.
- 1 bag (about 400 grams) coleslaw mix
- ½ cup canned beans (any type) rinsed & drained
- 1 small can (about 340 mL) corn niblets, drained
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain yogurt or light sour cream
- ½ package (about 35 grams) taco seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
Directions for Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients into a large bowl. Add more taco seasoning mix to your taste.
