- 1 box (about 430 grams) rainbow sprinkle cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup canned pineapple, drained*
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
Directions for Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees °F.
- Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- Beat with a mixer on medium speed or beat by hand for 2 minutes.
- Pour into a greased baking pan.
- Follow the package directions on how long to bake the cake depending on the type of baking pan chosen.
- Let cool completely
before frosting with whipped cream topped with more sprinkles.
* If canned crushed pineapple is not available, chop canned pineapple tidbits into smaller pieces.
