Roasted sweet potatoes are filling and are loaded with nutrients. Here is a no-fail recipe on how to make them in 30 minutes.
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions for Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425 °F.
- Rinse the sweet potatoes well. Cut away any brown spots. Cut each sweet potato in half lengthwise. That means there should two longer halves for each sweet potato.
- Pat dry with paper towel.
- Using your hands, rub each piece with oil.
- Placed on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the sweet potato flesh is tender.
