- 1 Wong Wing frozen supper meal (contains 2 servings)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, any kind
- ½ cup peanuts or any type of nuts, preferably unsalted
Directions for Preparation
- Place the pouches in a bowl of hot water for 2 minutes.
- Cut the pouches open and place in a medium size pot.
- Add the vegetables. Bring up to a low boil, then cover with the lid.
- Cook until heated through.
- Meanwhile, heat the nuts in a frying pan. Stir constantly until toasted then add to the pot.
- Serve right away.
