Ingredients

This is the perfect, no-bake cake to share at gatherings over the holidays.

  • 2 containers (1 L each) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 box graham wafers or 1 bags oreo cookies*
  • 1 packed fresh strawberries, diced or 2 cups frozen strawberries, diced
  • Optional toppings: cocoa powder, chocolate curls, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, diced strawberries, crushed oreo cookies

*If using oreo cookies, separate the cookies before layering them. That means there will have two wafers for each oreo cookie, one wafer will have frosting.

Directions for Preparation

  1. Layer the bottom of a 9” x 13” dish with wafers.
  2. Top with diced strawberries.
  3. Cover with a layer of whipped topping.
  4. Layer with the leftovers wafers.
  5. Cover with whipped topping.
  6. Cover the dish with plastic wrap before placing in the freezer.
  7. For best results, freeze overnight.
  8. Before serving, add the topping(s) of your choice.
  9. Cut into squares while frozen, serve at room temperature.
