Salad: Traditional Ham Salad

Ingredients
Ham salad is a traditional sandwich spread made from leftover, baked ham. It is perfect stuffed between two slices of whole wheat bread or served alongside mashed potatoes and veggies.
- 2 cups ham, roughly chopped
- 2 celery ribs, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup, dill pickles or 2 tablespoons relish
- ¼ small onion, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions for Preparation
- Place the ham in a food processor. Pulse until finely ground. Place into a bowl.
- Place the celery & the pickles (if using) in the food processor. Pulse until finely ground. Place with the ham.
- Lastly, place the onion into the foo processor. Pulse until finely ground. Place with the rest of the mixture.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well combined.
- Cover and store in the fridge. *If you do not have a food processor, use a meat grinder, or simply chop the ingredients finely.
