Ingredients
Sheet pan fajitas are a simple dinner that includes seasoned meat and vegetables roasted all on one pan and served in warm flour tortillas with your favorite toppings.
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 ½ pounds boneless pork or chicken, cut into stripes
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 peppers, sliced
- 1 Old El Paso fajita kit

- Refried beans
- Green onion, sliced
- Jarred jalapenos, sliced
- Rice
- Hot sauce or chili flakes
- Shredded cheese
- Sour cream
- Sliced avocado or guacamole
- Salsa
- Shredded cheese
Directions for Preparation
- Grease a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon oil. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Cut chicken and vegetables into strips. Lay the vegetables evenly on the pan and place the meat on top.
- Sprinkle the dry seasoning over the vegetables and the meat. Drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of oil.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the meat is well-cooked. Wrap the flour tortillas in aluminum foil and place them in the oven to warm during last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Serve in warm tortillas and toppings of your choice.
