Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt with Vitamin D
- 120 ml drained canned pineapple
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup 1 milk or lactose - free milk or soy beverage
- *optional 4 teaspoons toasted coconut
Directions for Preparation
- Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork then add the other ingredients and blend well (use a blender if you have one)
- Pour into 4 glasses
No equipment is needed for whipping this satisfying drink together.
