You can get updates on the status of your payment or enrolment by contacting the CRA directly at 1-800-959-8381.
Do I need to register every time I get money from the CRA?
No, you only have to enroll once and all your future payments from the CRA will automatically be deposited into your chosen account.
What happens if I am already enrolled for CRA direct deposit?
If you have already enrolled for direct deposit, you will not need to do so again. You most recent enrollment will replace all of your previous direct deposit authorizations with the CRA and all future CRA payments will be deposited into your We Financial Visa account.
How do I know if I am already set up for CRA direct deposit?
To find out if you are already set up for direct deposit with CRA, you just need to log in to your CRA account from the CRA website (https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency.html).
How long will it take the CRA to process my registration?
The CRA usually takes 1 – 2 days to process direct deposit enrolments.
